What is your return policy?

It's important to us that you've chosen the perfect piece and we understand that sometimes you need to live with the piece for a few days to ensure its compatibility. With that in mind, we offer a 7 Day money back refund for any reason.

There are some exceptions to this, including SALE items. Gift Vouchers are also ineligible for refunds.

We also offer Credit Notes for those pieces that have exceeded the 7 Day refund and before 30 days from the date of purchase.

Receipts and invoices aren't necessary - we know what you've bought. Pieces will be given a final inspection before the refund is processed. Nord must be happy that the condition of the piece matches the condition it left our showroom.

What's your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. At Nord, we only collect information necessary to complete your order or to get in touch with you regarding your order. Information collected at checkout includes name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and telephone number. We will never store your credit card information. We will also never sell your personal information to a third party. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via the email address in your customer account.

Is this site secure?

All personal information submitted through this site is protected. No information is ever disclosed to any third parties. The Nord server uses a special encryption to make sure the private information provided during the purchase process stays secure. Nord will never store credit card information. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

What if I encounter errors during check out?

If you encounter an error during the check out process, it is most likely your browser and our website are not cooperating. Depending on when the error occurs, your bank may hold funds in your account, but they will not be released to Nord. Please contact us at info@nordmodern.com if this happens.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, first log into your customer account. From there, you can select to option to view the order. Once you have clicked on the order, you will be able to see if it is fulfilled, shipped, or being held. When will my order ship?

After an order is placed we will be in touch to arrange a suitable quote for the transport of your item. Transport is an additional cost and is not covered by Nord. We are happy to arrange quotes prior to your purchase, please get in touch to discuss with us.
