What if I encounter errors during check out?
If you encounter an error during the check out process, it is most likely your browser and our website are not cooperating. Depending on when the error occurs, your bank may hold funds in your account, but they will not be released to Nord. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this happens.
When will my order ship?
After an order is placed we will be in touch to arrange a suitable quote for the transport of your item. Transport is an additional cost and is not covered by Nord. We are happy to arrange quotes prior to your purchase, please get in touch to discuss with us.
